左占宣

左占宣,男,博士,副研究员。毕业于石家庄铁道大学、哈尔滨工业大学,分别获得学士、硕士和博士学位。主要从事建筑(群)抗震韧性评估、强地震动特征与设防及智能防灾等研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划政府间国际合作重点专项课题、黑龙江省自然科学基金等科研项目6项。发表论文50余篇,其中SCI检索30余篇(以第一/通讯作者发表20余篇),获得发明专利3项,参与出版学术专著一本,入选黑龙江省第二批高层次人才,中国土木工程学会城市工程抗灾韧性分会理事,黑龙江大学兼职研究生导师。
